All customers will be contacted before delivery. All exchanges/returns are honoured through a credit note based on Manufacturer’s defects only. Items must be presented with original packaging and receipt within seven (7) days. Credit notes are valid for thirty (30) days. Management has the right to refuse exchanges. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns of non-defective items. All D Best Toys tablets/laptop devices only carry a 90 days warranty for Manufacturer defects.
